Refund & Cancellation Policy

One-Time Payment Courses
- A full refund is available ONLY if you have never accessed the course materials.
- Once you access any part of the course content, no refund will be issued.
- Access is defined as logging into the course platform and viewing any course materials.
Payment Plan Options
- Cancellations are only available for future, unpaid portions of the course.
- You will maintain access to weeks you've already paid for.
- No refunds will be issued for weeks you've already accessed.
- Cancellation will terminate access to remaining unpaid weeks.
- You remain responsible for any payments for weeks you've already accessed.
Example
If you're on an 8-week payment plan:
- If you've paid for and accessed weeks 1–4, you can cancel future payments for weeks 5–8.
- No refund will be issued for weeks 1–4.
- Access will be terminated for weeks 5–8.
How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
To request a refund or cancellation, email support@sevyspd.com with:
Subject Line: Course Cancel Request
Required Information:
- Full Name
- Email Address
- Username/Login (if different from email)
- Phone Number
- Reason for cancellation/refund
Processing Time
- Refund requests are reviewed within 3–5 business days.
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Important Notes
- All decisions regarding refunds are final.
- Failure to provide complete information may delay processing.
- Technical issues are not grounds for refund if support was not contacted for assistance.
- We reserve the right to deny refund requests that do not meet our policy criteria.
