How to Return a Store Item

To initiate a return for a product purchased through our store:

1. Log into your Amazon account (used for the purchase).
2. Go to Your Orders and locate the item.
3. Select "Return or replace items" and follow the prompts.
4. Print the return label and ship the item back.

Course & Training Refunds

Refunds for course enrollment, payment plans, and training access are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy, not this returns policy.

Digital Products (CRCST Exam Cram & Resume Builder)

CRCST Exam Cram ($25, six months of access) and the SPT Resume Builder are digital products delivered immediately on purchase.

• Once you start an exam or practice session, or generate a resume, the purchase is final and non-refundable. The product has been delivered in full at that point.
• If you have not used it, you can request a refund. Contact us and we will refund the purchase provided no practice session, exam simulation, or resume generation has been started on your account.
• Taking the free 50-question preview test does not count as using the paid product and does not affect your refund eligibility.
• Access granted at no charge — including CRCST Exam Cram included with paid Sterile Processing Training enrollment, and admin-granted access — has no cash value and is not refundable.
